Shipping policy

DISPATCH
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEDT/AEST on weekdays are dispatched the same day via Australia Post.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next open business day.
- Important: Dispatches may be delayed if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
- Note: After Australia Post, we may use an alternate carrier depending on location or order volume to ensure timely delivery.
- Liability: We are not liable for any costs incurred due to incorrect shipping addresses or the need to resend orders.
 
SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS
- A flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to all orders. Free shipping is available on orders over $150. No minimum order required
 
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hume, ACT 2620.
- Delivery times vary by destination. To estimate your delivery time, use the Australia Post or alternate carrier Delivery Calculator with Hume, ACT 2620, as the sender location.
 
TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track the progress of your delivery via the Australia Post tracking service or the alternate carrier website.
